Developed from the pages of Peter Schweighofer’s Hobby Games Recce blog, The Isle of Vintares offers a compact sandbox setting for medieval fantasy games. A settlement of vintner centaurs shares the island in a shaky truce with several goat-herding cyclops. Everyone’s protective of their territory – even the crazy castaway and giant eagle – so shipwrecked visitors, traders exploiting new markets, and adventurers seeking their fortunes must tread carefully.
Contains six pages of location notes with a full-page map, a one-page partial players’ map, and a page of notes – the “Any OSR Key” – to help customize stats to your favorite game system.
